A good clean starts with a simple routine.

  1. Choose your wash.

    Use Shampoo for dust and light grime, or Bike Cleanser for mud and trail dirt. Mix according to the selected bottle’s directions.

  2. Foam, clean and rinse.

    Apply with the Foam Pump. Follow the wash label’s directions for contact time, brushing and rinsing.

  3. Finish with Polish.

    Once clean, use Polish as directed on its label. Keep polish away from brake discs, pads and other braking surfaces.

Always follow the directions supplied with each product and your bike manufacturer’s washing guidance. Shampoo and Bike Cleanser can have different dilution instructions.

Which kit should I choose?

What exactly comes in each kit?

Do I need to buy the Foam Pump and Polish separately?

No. The kits offered on this page contain all three items. The product card lists exactly which wash is included.

How much should I dilute the wash?

Use the dilution instructions on the wash bottle in your chosen kit. Shampoo and Bike Cleanser have different formulations; do not assume the same dilution for both.

When do I use the Polish?

After cleaning, use Polish as directed on its label. Keep it off brake discs, brake pads and other braking surfaces.

Can I use these products on an e-bike?

Bike Make-Up lists these washes as suitable for e-bikes. Follow each product label and your bike manufacturer’s washing guidance around electrical components.
