Bike Make-Up Shampoo

Removes dust, dirt and light grime while leaving behind a protective wax layer to help keep your bike cleaner for longer.

Bike Make-Up Polish

The make-up for your bike after a wash. Enhances shine and works with the Shampoo to create a protective, dust-repellent finish.

Foam Pump

A reusable 150ml empty bottle for diluting and applying Shampoo. Creates dense foam while saving product and water.

Suitable for all bikes, including mountain, road, gravel and e-bikes.

Follow product label instructions and avoid braking surfaces.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed during standard business days, Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on a Friday will be processed on the next business day.

• Orders are not processed over weekends or South African public holidays.

• Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 working days from dispatch, depending on your delivery location.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

• During major promotions, sales, launches, or limited product drops, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and delivery location.

• Free shipping may be offered as part of selected promotions or qualifying orders.

• Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery

• Bike Make-Up works with third-party courier services to deliver orders throughout South Africa.

• Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and other shipping information are correct before completing your order.

• Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Bike Make-Up's control.

• If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

5. Missed Deliveries / Uncollected Orders

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.

• If an order is returned to Bike Make-Up because delivery could not be completed, the order was not collected, or incorrect delivery information was provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

• Please double-check your delivery information before completing your purchase.

6. International Shipping

• Bike Make-Up currently ships within South Africa only.

• We are working towards expanding our shipping options internationally and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

7. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS, depending on the information provided during checkout.

• You can use the tracking details provided to monitor your delivery through the relevant courier's tracking system.
